We stay at The Orleans frequently and always go to Ellis Island for their ham steak and eggs breakfast. We are at our other favorite location Red Rock Resort this trip and looking for a great breakfast deal close by. Your suggestions????

My cousin lived in Summerlin for a long time and we've always loved going to Egg Works. It's about a 5-7 minute drive from Red Rock

Not traditional, but I love the French Bakery on Sahara (just across from the Smith's grocery store...between Durango and Buffalo). If you go on the first Saturday of the month the Las Vegas French Club is in house and all you hear is French being spoken in the whole place (English is understood! lol). Great bakery, quiche, french sandwiches, unbelievable croissants and almond croissants. The actual name is La Belle Terre Bread.

Brunch at Honey Salt is really good. Few minutes from Red Rock.

Not really breakfast, but what you really, really want is "The Bobbie" from the RR food court. I had one for breakfast today. Also available at GVR.

Check out Babystacks, that's all they do is breakfast, the Macadamia pancakes and red velvet pancakes are killer. 4 locations, 1 of which is in Summerlin

I've never been, gonna try in two weeks, but the metro diner sounds interesting. On west Tropicana, and one on rainbow....
