My friend and I are taking the Red Rock Segway tour on an upcoming Monday in May. We are being picked up at 8:30am. Any recommendations on a quick service type of restaurant near or at Monte Carlo. I am not looking for Starbucks but a place where we can get breakfast within 30 min

There is a Dennys the other side of the strip. Also across the strip there is (or was last time I was there) a food court next to Marshalls (up the escalator)

Theres a doughnut place across the street. They have some pretty good fritters and some pretty good tacos as well. Tacos for breakfast ..... why not.

Toms Urban at NY NY has breakfast menu. I haven't tried it but was looking at having dinner there last trip but opted for NFI instead. There were lots of rec's for eating there maybe somebody that has had their breakfast can comment. It's close.

Bruxie right outside TMobile Arena has some really good chicken and waffles but if I recall correctly it doesn’t open until 9.

I’ve eaten at Toms Urban for breakfast several times. Very good, I’d let them know if you have a time constraint. I’ve had quick and slow meals there, but never disappointed in my breakfast.

Primrose inside Monte Carlo, not to bad. Next to lobby.
I like Avenue Cafe across the street in MGMGrand.

Another option for quick service vs sit down restaurant is 48th and Crepe in NYNY. Was surprised at how good the bacon and egg crepe was (although I got the Creme fraiche on the side and think that was a good move).

30 minutes for Toms seems rushed, or for any sit down restaurant really.
