Boyd online comp room offers disappeared.

Checked my offers online this morning and room offer for The Orleans for May and June which were there the last few weeks are now gone. Only current offer is through the end of April.

 

Same here. In fact, this morning under the "Boyd Comp Language Change! No more back-to-back stays!" thread, I posted "I just checked BConnected and no longer see my Gold Coast and MSS offers for April and May! Hope it's just another of their frequent glitches. This is also the first time in years that I no longer have an offer from the Orleans." It's getting frustrating and discouraging!

 

It's common for offers to disappear for a day or two.

 

They do a lot of account updates at the beginning of the month. I expect the same crappy offer back shortly.

 

Same here. Just looked and my 2 free nights from May to June are gone. I assume they are just upgrading them and that they will be back. Or maybe not. They lost me already for my May trip. Going to stay downtown and see if I can "make some new friends."

 

My offers disappeared too, but I called Gold Coast tonight and I was able to book the offer over the phone no problem.
They were able to look up my offers with my players card number; I didn't need to provide the offer code.

 

My offers are still gone, anyone know if it's a glitch, or have they shitcanned everyone?

 

all my offers for the orleans are there, basically none anywhere else......but I probably haven't played at any other Boyds in over a year. Maybe there is a time limit, if you haven't played at a specific location recently then no offers?

 

Yea, but I already had offers for may and june, now they're gone, would they take them away after offering them?

 

After reading this, I rechecked several minutes ago and my "missing" offers are back; they weren't there early this morning! They're not all that generous, but at least I still have some.

I've just about given up learning for sure if anyone's tried to use back-to-back offers at different properties, but I'll probably find out soon enough, anyway.

 

If your offers disappear from your account, I would just call the respective property. It might save you some stress but I get it is kind of a PITA.

 

Mine were not there this morning. Just checked and now they are back. Strange way to do business.

 

i just returned from 6 nights downtown. i will continue to use my boyds offers until all gone. but as promised, while i was there, i gave them less play. i gave a lot more play to DTG and ELCO. i really don't want to stay at ELCO, but they do have a lot of good promotions and drawings. their rooms are so dated, and no pool. i have never had a free room offer from them. i checked with the players club to make sure they had my correct mailing address, and they did NOT. they had left one digit off of my street address. who knows what i have been missing.

 

this past weekend i stayed at the Cal at sapphire rate on fri and sat. and then sun and mon comped at the Fremont. no back to back stay issues. maybe because one of them was paid not comped. i am not sure. both of them checked me in around noon with no early check in fee. the Cal made me pay $10 per night extra for west tower.

 

Only applies to comp room usage. You have 2 paid nights. I have used 3 comp nights at MSS paid for 3 and used 3 more comped nights at MSS on 2 different offers. Stayed in same room for all 9 nights

 

Turtleman, you can back to back Boyd's offers, just not downtown properties. We have back-to-backed Sam's Town with MSS many times.

 

This used to be the case, but they changed the wording on the comp offers now - no back to back stays at ANY Boyd. Check the fine print. March 1st was like a Doomsday for Boyd loyalists.

 

Yeah, I've read the fine print, which isn't all that different than before; and like most fine print is open to interpretation. In any case, I'm merely asking if anyone has successfully used back-to-back offers since the wording change. It's a simple question – but still no definitive answers!

 

I would say the fine print is clear enough.
If they really enforce it, then no back to back at any Boyd hotels.

 

That's the question - are they enforcing it? Can you still book back-to-back on BConnected and then get hit with a bill?
