Great post trip analysis. This exactly shows why we go back to Vegas so often. Add to that the potential for a nice windfall and it becomes even more attractive.

Two more observations I had as I looked at my final numbers for the trip:

    - Seems like I always lose on the last night/last day in Vegas. Like literally every trip, and this was no exception. I lost all but one of my 8 sessions on the last day, and the one "winner" was a whole $8. Maybe from now on I should play super heavy the beginning of the trip and then cut it off the last night and the day I leave.

    - Slots was the biggest loser for me this trip, by far. It was also the biggest loser for me all of last year. Though 2014-2018 Video Poker was my biggest loser by far. I think playing some slots helps my offers to keep coming, but wow it was a money suck this trip... though I could say the same of Video Poker in years past. Maybe the lesson is: stick to Craps and Blackjack and screw the comps? Or maybe it's get a damn royal or two and it will make up for all those bad VP years? o_O

Perhaps planning an activity on the last day to keep you from gambling. Something that will have you exploring the city...maybe rent a car and explore your world.

Most of my trips (usually 3 days) I lost big on my last day.

I tend to gamble more on my last day because it’s my LAST DAY! I don’t go to local casinos, so Vegas is my only chance to gamble.

    Great wrap up!

Honestly with the comp values you're quoting, I would just keep doing what you're doing. Your theo is barely the room retail cost...

Yeah, I don't know how I keep getting comp rooms at Mlife, honestly. But I will keep using them until they go away! Maybe it's because I keep losing every trip? o_O

I think you played a healthy amount at Mlife. You earned 16K TCs this trip, similar to what I got in a typical trip.
I never short of Mlife offers. Used to be much better though (before their PGP).

good points, and unless they have changed their billing for 2020 the only way to know for sure if they applied the Resort Credit is to keep track of your spending (which you did) - there is no line item on the bill showing the credit - I wish they would add that.

Exactly, they don't put it on the bill. I had charged some stuff on the last day to use the last $20, a little later I opened up the folio on the TV in the room and the new charges were there and added to the total so I figured either I miscalculated or they didn't apply the credit. Luckily it was easy for the front desk person to see that and fix it.

They should just put the credit as a line item. Sneaky! I'm sure in the past I may have missed out on some of the credit
