I just booked a room at MSS with a discount because I have sapphire status. On the booking confirmation page it had a link to book another room. My buddy also needs a room at MSS for the same dates, so I went ahead and booked a second room in my name (credit card name must match room name). This room was also discounted.

    The confirmation e-mail states
Will we have any problems checking in? We will be together, so I will have the CC/ID for both rooms. I just want to verify the worst case scenario is losing the status discount on one of the rooms. Most helpful would be someone who has actually booked multiple room on bconnectedonline at MSS, Cal, or Fremont.

    Thanks in advance.

Not sure if this is the same situation as yours, but we booked 2 rooms at MSS in June. My wife and I both had comped rooms, so I booked directly with MSS and used one comp for each room. When we checked in, the couple we were traveling with checked in to the second room under their name with no problem. It turned out to be really easy.

Should not be a problem and you might want to get a connecting room

    No problem on discounted rate.
There is a limit on how many rooms you can book, but 2 is definitely fine.

Just got back from the trip. There were no issues with having two reduced rate rooms. In the end I played enough that the host on duty comped my room /food at checkout. My buddy did not play as much so he didn't try for a comp.

    Thanks for the replies.

I've never contacted a host and wondering if I'm missing some comps. I get good free room, dining credits and free play offers in the mail that I use and then just check out on departure. When you say the host on duty is this someone you call on the phone before heading down to check out or someone you go see before checking out?

At MSS there is a host at the end of the BConnected desk closest to hotel check-in. There's a green sign at that end that says "Casino Host"

Be warned that if you have an early check-out you may have to go the evening before. On Sunday the desk wasn't staffed until noon, which is also the hotel check-out time. I am not sure how late the desk is staffed.

Also, the process was not easy. I gave her my card and she had to make multiple phone calls to get my food / hotel charges. Took a good 10+ minutes.

Years ago I was playing on the good 10/7 DB machines and a nice couple playing next to me told me about the host desk. I didn't even play that much back then and the host knocked my food charges off that trip. It actually made me mad that I had been undercomped for many trips because I did not figure out the system.
