Hi.
will be in vegas 1st week in april[4 couples in party].is it better to book attractions now over the net or do we wait and book things once there[people in group been told it will be cheaper to book things in vegas. looking at high end show. sunset helicopter ride over canyon finishing on strip.

Depending on what you mean by high end shows, if you are talking about big headliners like Celine, Jennifer Lopez, Elton John and the likes those never get discounted and tend to sell out, you should get tickets ahead if you want good seats especially for 8 people together thats not gonna easy for most high end shows that are selling well at the last minute

I think that depends on how tight your schedule is. If you want to do specific things on a specific day to a specific time, then it would probably wise to book reservations in advance, because most of the cool stuff will be sold out on popular dates.

Let me add in a few comments. Plans before people get to Vegas, and what actually gets done once they are there are often very different. We get so busy just walking around, drinking, eating, etc that some plans just never come together. If you book stuff in advance, then you are locked in.

Helo ride will probably be about the same. Do not book that for you first day or two, especially if you are traveling far. (did not see where you are coming from). Everything is busier on Fri and Sat - normally, so avoid shows on those days if you can - and get better seats.

Depending on the shows, watch their online booking pages - some run sales.

Four couples? Some advice. Plan and REQUIRE that you each have some alone time. Different strokes for different folks.
