Hi from the Hard Rock Hotel. Did the 20 dollar trick to get an upgrade to the HRH tower. Had a nice afternoon at the reliquary spa, very nice. Then had some "margaritas" aka glasses of tequila at Pink Taco. Love their slogan "eating out has never tasted so good". After that, it was drunk kiss mini golf. I lost, so I got a free game.

Not sure what's on tap tonight. The pool is terribly loud. The gambling seems tight.
Damn it's hot out.

 

Back at the hard rock. Took a trip to the strip, rode the NYNY roller coaster, and then had dinner at the Sugar Factory. Sugar factory was pretty mediocre. Does Caesars Properties have any good restaurants? I'm not sure how I feel about this off strip stuff. I can't believe how crappy MGM is being to our guys, Natedogg and Shifter! I wasn't terribly impressed with MGM myself, felt like it was all hype, but it was my first stay. I looked all over creation for Natedogg yesterday, but I understand now why I never found him. So sad I missed you, friend! Next time! And I'm guessing the Asian guy with his family I was smiling and winking at wasn't you. Oh well, I boosted somebody's ego!

My buddy has busted, so I'm the only one still gambling. more to come

Last day....always the worst of the trip. My room here at the HRH tower was deceiving. I slept terribly. The air conditioner rattled all night long and I've hit my ankle on the bed frame more times than I care to count. People often worry about the noise at the hard rock...but I don't think that's what they are referring to.
We gambled a little more last night, not much to brag about. Not nearly as many half naked chicks around like I would've expected, but it was a Tuesday night. Drink service was attentive at the video poker machines but nowhere else.

And yes, that car was sweet. Inside it was all tricked out with white and chrome. It's not mine, wish it was. And RF is right, those are roller coaster shoes, about uhm...4 or 5 inches if I remember. For Vegas frolicking, you need shoes with a taller platform. I'm just proud of myself for learning how to post a picture.

 

Hard Rock AC aside, sounds like it was a fun trip!
