    Trips to Las Vegas:
My GF and I have been very loyal Palms (now Stations) and Boyd players. We always have had many nights offered from both along with FB.

We skipped out the whole year of 2016 but still the offers held on, we ended up booking 4 nights Palms and 3 at GC back in March.

Since then, nothing, nada, sweet F all.

We had to begin all over again at Palms and my GF went platinum in the 4 days there, myself I am maybe two thirds the way to platinum.

Same story with Boyd, we played at GC and Sams, played like we always have and nothing.

Strange thing with Boyd is that I keep getting new emails that say to go online to see my new offer, I do and nothing, just the same old crap is listed.

Also odd is no mailers from either since that trip.

Now I can see something going wrong with one of us but not with both of us, this is puzzling and distressing, I am trying to book our usual July week and it's gonna be a no go as I really don't want to get back into the whole CET scene.

Anyone have any thoughts? Just curious as I plan to make some calls once June rolls around.

For Boyd offers, July and August came out on May 1. It seems like your March play should have been considered when the May 1 offers came out.

I would suggest calling the reservations line to see if they can see any offers that you cannot. If there aren't any offers there, you might try calling a host at either GC or Sam's to see if they could do anything for you even if there are no offers online.

I don't know if the Boyd LV properties do this, but the Sam's Town in Shreveport will comp us weekend rooms if I give them both of our players cards numbers - so they do look at combined play there. The Margaritaville Casino in Bosier will NOT look at combined play. So who knows?

It might be worth your time to work the phones and see what's what.

    Good luck!

Yeah, you should just call them - the number should be on the back of your slot cards. Whoever has the most points should call and when they ask for your account number make sure to mention that the other is coming too and ask if they want their number as well (when they look at your play combined it should generate a better offer than each of you individually).

If they don't have an offer for you then just ask them why not - they should be able to tell you if there was some kind of problem/issue with your last stay as to why you aren't getting anything.

And you can do this just for the sake of curiosity - if they have an offer you don't have to book it: you can just say something like "that sounds good... can I book that in a day or two? My GF has to get confirmation from work tomorrow on the days off" or something like that. Or you can book the offer and just cancel it in a day or two if your dates aren't locked in.
