Just a quick report from the Strip this last weekend. I stayed at the Mirage but also wandered around nearby properties and was actually quite pleased that I was able to find places to play $25 3/2 real blackjack at Ceasers, the Mirage and the Cromwell. Mostly shoe games, but Mirage even had a double deck (dealt from a shoe though). This was "Midweek" (Wed night and Thursday night), but i was glad to get to play some blackjack again. At lower levels all blackjack was 6:5 everywhere. So if you are willing to play $25, there are still games available. I suspect that some of these move up to $50 on the weekend though.

Treasure Island and Cromwell seems to be the best right now

For some reason I didn't get over to the TI even though I was right next door *facepalm*.

Catch the SDX in front of several casinos on the strip it takes you downtown fast where there are plenty of 3/2 games at the $5 and $10 level.

your SDX pass also allows you to use the Vegas Metro bus service which is one of the better bus services in my opinion.
Don't drink and drive in Vegas unless you like probing strip searches and jail food.

I need to get to downtown again. Last time I was there I felt a bit unsafe with all the homeless people, especially those in costumes, but since this has migrated to the strip now it doesn't matter anymore.

Cromwell had one $15 3/2 Double Deck Pitch table every time I was there (Saturday through Friday) last week, as well as a $15 6 Deck Shoe paying 3/2. All of their BJ Tables paid 3/2. One morning early I went in and the $15 Double Deck was filled and the one $25 Dollar Double Deck table that was open was empty. On a lark I asked the Pit Boss if there was any chance of getting that table changed to $15 and he said 'Sure!' .

I can't think of a $25 Dollar table on the strip that I played that wasn't 3/2 ... Got that at Flamingo, Bally's, Paris, Ceasar's and MGM (I think). The only 6/5 Tables I played were the $15 tables in Paris in the Party Pit. Cromwell was the only place I came across with a $15 3/2 game though.

Another vote for Cromwell. Did a quick hitter Saturday through Monday. Cromwell was literally deserted Monday morning. 3:2 table with a $10 min. Was looking to kill time before my flight. That did it.

Regardless of the day of week or time of day, I’ve never had trouble finding 3:2 (not entirely positive of some of the other rules like S17, etc) at the $25 level and up on the strip. I tend to frequent the mid tier places like Mirage, MGM, MB, and PH, but pop into Aria, Cosmo, Bellagio, and Wynncore at some point in every trip and it’s always been available. Haven’t been to V/P in years so I can’t speak to their conditions.
