    My Trip Report

I just got home from a 2 day trip to Biloxi . We are some what low rollers and enjoy the small perks the Casino gives us . We mostly play video poker and mix in other stuff in small spurts .
Day one - We left from central Florida about 7:30 and made the drive to Biloxi . We arrived at the Beau about 2:00. We left the car at valet and went over and made our room keys . Online check in at the beau is super simple . You check in on the app, say what time you will arrive , and they message you when your room is ready. My room was actually ready at 11:30. Our room was on the 12th floor and it was newly renovated. We joked it had the new house smell. The whole floor did . The renovations made the rooms look less dated. We unpacked , freshened up , and relaxed a bit . Our first stop was an early dinner at Mary Mahoneys . It was our second time there and it was fantastic . From the bread , salads , ribeye , the st Patrick , and warm pecan pie for dessert . Everything was top notch . Next , it was time to head over to the beau and start gambling . The first mission was to run our free play through a machine. I played my $35 free play in an.$50 double diamond haywire machine . Cashed out with $40. We took that and went over to the sports bar . I find this to be one of the more underrated vp bars . Comfy seats , great sports watching , and the bartenders always are quick . Within the first 45 minutes , I hit quad threes and quad queens . And my wife hit quad sevens . We played for close to two hours before moving on . Next , was the middle bar. We play the $.25 8-5 Job progressive . I hit quad kings and quad threes twenty minutes apart . My wife hit quad kings and quad tens . We stay there for a while until the machines cool off . Next , we venture over to wheel of fortune . Spinning the wheel is one of our favorite things to do . We play for a while , get to spin a few times , but lose about $50. So, back to the sports bar to win back the wheel of fortune losses . My wife hits quad tens and I hit quad fives in about a thirty minute session. If any of you are wondering if hitting all of these quads are normal for us, absolutely not . We’ve never had this kind of luck . Next , we were off to the $3 minimum roulette machine . This has become one of our favorite casino games . We spread around $3 on red , the middle column and then some of our lucky numbers 16,19, and 7. We play enough on 7 that it paid $20 when it hit . Well, it was our lucky night because red 7 hit 3 times in 20 rolls . We played for about and hour and walked away up $50. It was getting late and we walked over by the lounge where there was a band playing and some very excited people . I’d been drinking all night , but I felt they got a 3 hour head start . My wife headed to bed and I decided to venture over to the poker room . I was up a could of hundred . So , I thought I’d throw $100 into 4-8 limit game . That is where my luck ran out . Got 2 outed on the river twice in huge pots where I had raised every street . My $100 lasted about an hour and a half and I got to bed about 2:30 am . So , day one I gambled for 7.5 hours on my original $35 free play and made a little over $100 . My wife was also up. And we hit an amazing 9 quads between us

It’s solid . Typical mid size Vegas strip room . Plenty of action on the weekend. Plenty of 1-3 tables . The 4-8 limit game is the equivalent to a wild 2-4 in Vegas . They also do daily $100 tourneys at noon . Pretty quick structure . They comp drinks just like the casino

It sounds like you are off to a good start. I play a lot of VP at the Tap Sports Bar & Book and some at the Breeze Bar but I haven't had a run of Quads like y'all did in quite a while. Congratulations on those hits. I hope you are even more successful on day two.

I'm enjoying your trip report. We're headed there in a few weeks on a junket - I can practically taste Mary Mahoney's!
