I stayed at the Stratosphere Sunday - Tuesday this week and received my free voucher today good through May 22. The Stratosphere is a Best Western hotel, so if you are planning on staying there, or any other BW hotel, you may as well register for the free room if you aren't staying on a casino / points comp. My room rate was cheaper than the third party website I search first for pricing (Hotels.com ), the resort fee of $38 was higher than the room rate for both nights.

    Link to the promotion

Rules: You must first register for the promotion, than book two or more nights (can be single nights at two locations) and complete your stay by April 20. Your voucher will be good for 70 days after the date of your second night.

Here is the text from the voucher email:

Valid for one (1) free night at any Best Western branded hotel in the United States, Canada, or the Caribbean
    Date Issued: 03/11/2020
Voucher #: XXXXXXXXX Valid Through: 05/22/2020

Advance Reservations are required. To redeem your free night voucher, please contact our reservation team at 1-800-567-4009 to make your reservation. Be sure to clearly state that you are using a free night voucher as payment.

I'll report back if there are any issues with redemption. I will likely use in April or May once hopefully things die down and I can be assured the destination will be open. Now that I no longer gamble, I rely more on comps from hotel / third party (hotels.com) on paid stays. Hopefully this helps folks on VMB.

Thanks for the heads up Strat is a BW hotel. I just got my voucher from a work stay elsewhere but wondering where to redeem it before May. My NCAA Final Four vacation plans got nixed so considering Vegas but the situation is too shaky for me to book anything yet. I assume you’d still have to pay resort fees which makes redeeming the voucher at Strat seem almost pointless though.

I just received mine, but alas, it looks like I'll not be able to us it for Vegas before it expires.

Casino Royale is also a BW property. Not sure if that’s ever been high on my preferences though but it’s another place to use it closer to mid-Strip.

I stayed there once, the rooms were clean and newly remodeled when I stayed. A bit noisy and pricey vs. Strat prices / noise levels.

Casino Royale has a great location for poker players to access a variety of poker rooms on the strip. Add to that there are refrigerators, coffee makers, and microwaves in the rooms. The rooms are clean and have comfortable bets. Regular rates are, IMHO, too expensive.
