SO Im not much of a slot or VP player.. Although I have practiced and know correct VP play. I mostly play Blackjack.. I am 2000 tier points away from the next level at cosmo and I want to get there this next week.. I want the 2 for 1 ticket benefit and the one free room per year..

So how would you make the 2000 points? I am going to eat STK one night so that will be quite a few points.. For the other ones would you play VP or slots??

Well since it takes ten times more effort to get a point on VP than slots I would go with slots. You can always go back to VP.

    Cabana :D

But for game play, slots would be quicker that VP.

It's not actually 10 times more. At Cosmo you get 1 point for $2.50 in slots or 1 point for $6 in VP. You also earn 5 points per dollar spent at restaurants and at the hotel.

Why not play VP on a multi-line VP machine? That will certainly speed things up.

I’d say spend money at a restaurant

I earned close to that on July 4th/5th on nothing but slot play. I had a few very lucky runs but took about $800 bankroll each day, first day I lost $550ish and second day I left up by about that much give or take. I had some very lucky runs on the second day but broke even or came out a little ahead on the two days even with a 30 minute run of almost all dead spins in the high limit room where $450 of my first-day losses happened all at once. So basically worse luck than expected on the first day, better than expected on the second day, brought $800 per day.

Obviously restaurant spend is a guaranteed known number of points per dollar. I probably averaged 4-5 hours each day in slot play mostly in the $2 per spin average I'd guesstimate. I did plenty of $5 spins but also plenty of $1 and even some 50 cent games. On the extreme other end I did some $9, 10, 15 spins as well. I don't think I ever spun over $15 and I think I only did $15 2-3 spins, but quite a few $5 spins, still don't think I averaged more than $2.50 per spin over both days.

I was a new identity member on the 4th; I just set up my online account and see I made 1,022 points on the 4th and 1,001 on the 5th where I spent less time there but made more higher bets, so there ya go. Bring $1600, play slots 10 hours, get lucky?

Beau Rivage booked same day as Luxor. One will win. Leaning Biloxi.
Vegas or Biloxi. Going somewhere for Labor Day weekend...

Buy a gift card on the Cosmo web site, call cosmo Identity booth after it is purchased, they will give you their email to send the proof of purchase and they will apply the tier credits to your account. I did this in May when my points were about to expire and the giftcard purchase put my points over for me to reach Gold level.

That’s only $400 on spend, so if you’re hitting STK you probably won’t need much more in spend or gambling.

VP will take longer, but your variance will be lower so it’ll be a safer bet if your just trying to churn for points. You’ll have a better chance of lucking into some comp rooms trying to hit it on slots. If you’ve never played slots on your card and hit it quick and hard you might trigger something in the system.
