    In order:
    Bazaar Meat (but see below)
    Carnevino
    CUT
    Delmonico
    SW

Bazaar Meat isn't really a steakhouse, but has some of the finest beef around -- and certainly has the most interesting menu by far. In past trips, I've found: wagyu (sometimes from two prefectures, and sometimes Kobe); very old beef (i.e., beef from very old cows); unusual cuts, including offal. The restaurant also offers excellent seafood, side dishes and desserts.

Personally I've eaten at Prime, Del Friscos, Old homestead and Paris.

Out of those 4 places, i would recommend Prime for the view and service and Del Friscos for the service and price, Old homestead was my least favorite of the 4 and Paris was my wedding day so it was awesome. Would return for a special occasion though.

    Cheers
