Hi everyone... not typically a sports book person, so I would like to know what’s the most fun one near Flamingo. I’m only flying in that day which is why I don’t want to go far. Want to check in, throw my stuff in the room and place a bet and settle in with a drink and pickies. I was lucky enough to be there 3 years ago when the triple crown was won. Was in the middle of my trip and wound up watching at the Rio sports book that day. That atmosphere of that place was nice. So comparing to that what’s a good one. Cromwell? Harrahs? Does Flamingo even have one? Hmmm. Funny how I can’t even picture the sports books in all the casinos I know so well

The Linq was popular! Everyone was really friendly but like you I'm not really a sports better. I only popped in for 2 small bets but they had big chairs and a decent atmosphere. If I liked sports I would have stayed to watch it, but I just play for the money.

Across the street at CP. Is it fun or most fun? Idk, as that's kinda subjective but Caesar's has one of the best books in town. I'm sure Flamingo has a book, if you're looking to just drop your bags and go straight to a sportsbook. Never been to it though, so I can't really comment on it.

Bally's has a good book and usually isn't that crowded. I am partial to the one at Harrahs

Thanks for the input. Maybe they’ll all be fun that day? Lol. Usually sport books look so serious. I think the excitement of a possible triple crown winner might of been key that day at Rio. The place was mobbed and lots of cheering. Thinking this year will be same since possibity is there.
