Probably the best deal on the strip - Cafe Hollywood @ PHo. $24.99. 12 oz. Have not tried it. Way Off-strip - Jerry’s Nugget. Tried it and was good, big slab’O meat. $44 for 32 oz. (was cheaper earlier this year)
And walking from the strip, Ellis Island $18.99. Have not tried it. All these are specials that include the sides.
South Point Buffet on weekends has an excellent PR, and technically it’s on LV Blvd. And they have Primarily PR. $37 for 26 oz. Have not tried.

For best and more expensive my go to is Lawry’s, just off the strip.

Add, Cornerstone at Gold Coast. Early bird special. $32 12oz. With sides and glass of wine. Tried - good. Eat at the bar/lounge area.

Best Prime Rib on strip for me is Gallagher’s at NYNY. Best deal on prime rib is Ellis Island (technically is just off strip).

I'll second the Gallaghers prime rib, but you said "deal" and Gallaghers ain't cheap!

Best bang for buck prime rib, in my not so humble opinion, is Jerry's Nugget, which is on Las Vegas Boulevard, but not on the main Strip.

Their prime rib cuts come in 3 sizes, large, monstrodious and cardiologist nightmare.

I consider their prime rib to be right up there with Lawry's at a fraction of the price!

Agree. I did just check the price today at Jerry’s and it went up about 20-25% from earlier this year. Such is inflation.

I consider the smallest size prime rib at Jerry's Nugget to be small or medium (8-10 ounces); to me, "large" would be 16 ounces. The quality was excellent though & I didn't go away hungry...So I also recommend Jerry's Nugget. We got there midweek at about 5PM and there was no wait at the coffee shop.
The local Harris Teeter supermarket used to have (until a month or two into Covid) a Thursday night special of prime rib, vegetables & potatoes for $9.99 to go. Prime rib was about the same 8-10 ounces. I would get 3 of them; two for us for dinner and a third for lunch the next day. That was a great deal that I really miss. I only found out about it at the beginning of 2020...

That is the Village Pub. They get busy at times.

Walk appears to be about a mile from Mirage. Pretty far for me to consider walking, but Im terribly out of shape.

so thankful for this thread and especially that wonderful pic of the ellis island dinner. I'm coming into town tonight, and I've decided on the prime rib at ellis island for dinner tomorrow. I'm staying at Bally's, so it's a short walk for me. Cant wait

Do you know if the prime rib is available all day or just dinner hours?
I’m really going to try the double cut lol.

Good luck!!!! I've seen some youtube videos of the double cut, and it reminds me of the piece of meet that would flip Fred Flintstone's car. From what I've read, it's available starting at 11AM, until they run out.

I forget what they call the largest cut at Jerry's Nugget, and I surely would not try eating something like that, but I've seen it served, and it looked to be at least 4 inches high! The server was saying that yes, quite a few do eat it in one sitting.

Holy $#!+, that's larger than I remember. It's about the size of what I buy (or used to buy when I was entertaining more) to feed four!
