I'm envisioning piles of bacon. Am I right?

Carnegie Deli and the BLT is my favorite! 1/2 is always saved for later!

The Roasted Bean (near the business center) opens at 5:30 am. If you want to have light and quick breakfast, it will be a good place. You can get fresh banana, apple, fruits there.

+1 on Carnegie. Fast and solid diner type breakfast experience. I had Pastrami Hash, omelets and just regular old eggs and bacon. Its not huge servings like lunch and dinner but its still more than anyone needs to eat calorie wise.

Since the question was about Mirage (and not near Mirage), I will add that we have gotten decent food at the pool restaurant. Depending on the time of the year, that might be good or bad. Early breakfast during the hot days were fine.

Stack had great shared plates with lots of different things.

Heritage Steak was okay. We ate light both times, so hard to say.

As above, Heritage steak is OK, not great. I had a filet which was decent quality, a little under-cooked. Frankly the steak fries were the best part of the meal :/

Ate at Stack - HATED it. Terrible ambiance, loud, crappy dance music, super dark, seems like they're trying hard to pull the club kids crowd. Steak was big but not the least bit memorable.

Have also done Portofino. Had a Bolognese which was not on the regular menu...a little mushy but tasted fine. Good service.

Carnegie for lunch is solid. Massive portions so beware.
