Best place for a foot massage

I am looking for a place next weekend to get a good foot massage. I will have a car, looking for something on the more convenient side (can be a hotel with easy parking), and something reasonable. I don't want to pay $85+ for a 25 minute massage. Thanks!

My brother moved down to Vegas about two months ago and was telling me about foot massages. Apparently they are in strip malls everywhere, for twenty bucks. He implied that whichever one you choose, you cant go wrong.

I have heard there are often times more than just a foot massage going on, sometimes they travel to the equator and massage there as well.

I've heard that the foot massage place in El Cortez is okay, but their "expectation" is a $20 tip if you are very happy- according to their emoticon tipping chart at the register desk.
