    Pizza Rock in downtown is one of my favorite. On the strip I recommend Hidden Secret Pizza at Cosmo.

    Giordano's at the Ballys shops has true Chicago style pizza, both thin and stuffed.

    Not sure if they have margherita on the menu there....you might actually be better off at an Italian restaurant than a pizza joint for that.

    Hey....anybody been to Naked Pizza yet at the El Cortez? How is it?
    Otherwise I highly recommend The Chicago Brewing Co. in the 4 Queens.

    I had a simple slice at Naked City Pizza and it was good. If I had to choose between the two I’d eat at Chicago Brewing. Of course you’d be much more likely to get a margherita at Naked City; I don’t know for sure because it’s not something I look for. Since Pizza Rock features a medley of styles I would almost guarantee that they make the best Margherita since they are a highly rated restaurant even without the words Downtown and Pizza.

    I love Naked City, but that's because I'm from Buffalo (as are the owners), and it's that style of pizza. Cup n' char pepperoni, and sort of a medium crust that isn't nearly as thin as downstate/NYC but also not true deep dish. So you may have to take my thumbs up with a grain of salt due to my taste buds and provincialism.

    Another vote here for The Chicago Brewing Co. in the 4 Queens.

    Their deep dish pizza is outstanding - nothing like it over here in the UK and its such a shame.

    I'm a fan of Giordanos - also my fav in Chicago.

    Not sure how Secret Pizza at Cosmo made the list, it's actually pretty terrible, other than the cool hidden location. Paper thin and flavorless. It may be good at 3am when you're drunk as a skunk.

    I ate at the Naked City at the El Cortez last week. Getting slices will never compare with getting a whole pie, but the slices were still good. You could get a whole pie of several of their pizzas, but you couldn't get the wee or not-so-wee sizes.

    If you earn 1941 slot points in a day, you can get a voucher for 2 slices and a drink.

    I also love Pizza Rock, but my favorite is the Naked City on Paradise. Haven't tried the one on Arville yet.

    Seconded.
    My favorite is the Deluxe at Pizza Rock;
    But honorable mentions to Chicago brewing at 4queens and Giordanos
