    Hey there folks!

In the final 24 hours before we are in Vegas! So excited ...

And we (or, rather, I) had the idea that we wanted to find an awesome Mediterranean restaurant. Preferably off-strip, and preferably not expensive/fancy. Just really good authentic Mediterranean food and an awesome tangy tzatziki sauce.

    Thoughts and ideas? TIA!

Our go-to Mediterranean place is Amena Cafe and Bakery, on Decatur just north of Sahara. Not expensive/fancy, just a nice and friendly neighborhood place. The best falafel I have ever eaten. Plenty of tasty choices - save some room for their killer baklava....

Great Greek Mediterranean is difficult to beat. There are 2 locations -
1275 W. Warm Springs Rd and the newest at 5020 Blue Diamond Rd just past the Silverton
Both are fast casual restaurants, clean and affordable.

Probably one of the best meals we have had in Las Vegas. The restaurant is very small so I would suggest making an OpenTable reservation.
