I have stayed at nearly every hotel on the strip at least once, and I have never had a negative encounter with any employee at Bill's, even as far back as when it was the Barbary Coast. The dealers seem especially happy and act like they are having as much fun as the players, at least at the craps tables.

Have not stayed at Mandarin or Four Seasons.
The best service I received at any of the top end properties has been at Aria.
They were better than Wynn or Encore in my stays there

The top service I received at a mid tier hotel was at Harrahs.I know it sound strange but I never had a problem there and ran into some employees that went out of their way for customer service.

    Re:

This topic's meaning/idea is why my family and I love to visit Las Vegas. We are not high rollers by any means, but it doesn't matter to the people working at the resorts/casinos or anywhere we go in town. We have always felt and have been treated like we were royalty to them. This feeling started 37 years ago and it hasn't faded for all those years (except when we were walking across a picket line).:rolleyes2::nono::rolleyes2:

I can only speak from my experience and it is hard to gauge. Many properties have some great staff members and some average staff.

    That said...

Cosmo have EXCELLENT food and beverage staff, and some friendly casino crew

Bellagio has (in my experience) consistently good drink service

Mirage also has consistently good drink service

Aria is very good in general, yet I have only really been blown away once (by the wine consultant at Sirio), however in general the service there is great

Overall, I've had everywhere be friendly and civil, and I've never really felt like my business didn't matter.

Disclaimer: I'm a green-chipper, Mlife Platinum, so they might be treating me better than most.

If you're willing to go south, M Resort (on Las Vegas Boulevard but technically off-strip) has fantastic service and a huge amount of friendly staff for very very reasonable prices.
