Does anyone know if the Bellagio buffet still features Beef Wellington at dinner?

    Thanks!

I ate dinner there a couple weeks ago and didn't see any Beef Wellington.

It's been years since they have. Sometimes during lunch they'll have turkey or chicken wellington.

    Probably not since Steve Wynn owned Bellagio . . . . .

In my not at all humble opinion, if you go to a buffet, any buffet, cheap or fancy, expecting to have that certain dish again, the one you found to be dynamite on a previous trip, you will be disappointed!

I've been missin' the yella. They've gone cheap on us.

They DID have it LAST Easter (2016).
If they still have it it's usually only available for the holiday and weekend premium priced dinner buffet.

Call the B buffet and just ask....
