Tier credits are still offline and now point balance is unavailable too.

On an unrelated note - my and DH's September/October offers finally showed up yesterday. Our offers both said three free nights but the only place that showed that offer was available to book was at Suncoast. We have played there a bit in the past, but nowhere near as much as at the Orleans and Sam's Town. If I went to the "special discounts and exclusive room offers for sapphire" we had comp rooms for all of the six nights we were interested in. Long story short I ended up calling and the rep was able to book offers back to back for us. If you run into this same issue it's worth giving them a call, although I personally would prefer to book online.

Also worth noting is that our June/July/August room offer was $30 in freeplay and no food, September/October is $50 in food but no freeplay. We only get out there once a year and have no Boyd casino near us to visit in between.

We had exact same issue. Offers showed up on website but not able to book on-line, so we called and rep also booked our 3-day offers back to back.

Wednesday morning and my points are still showing, but Tier Credits:
Tier Credits are offline due to scheduled maintenance. Sorry for the inconvenience; we appreciate your patience.

I would hope they are doing something to reinstate the 2X points for Sapphire. retroactively.

the point and tier score is down on the bconnected website right now. They are probably working on whatever issues people are having.

Considering how secretive they have been about the new point in formula, they might as well not even show any of this stuff online any more.
Like, what can you believe from them?

Same here....don't know why they make it so hard to book on line! Can't figure out alot of things about their system!

This is third day in a row tier credits and now point balance offline for what they claim is routine maintenance. Not very likely it's just normal unless someone can verify this has happened in the past with no changes to accounts.
Of course, they could have pulled the switch on part of the system. Giving it a disciplinary "time out" for being on the players side and upping some players tier points. Maybe they programed it with too much AI (artificial intelligence) and it was simply doing the right thing for vp players. LOL
That would have sure pissed off B-connected and explained why they turned it off until they get it reprogramed.

Yes. Booked yesterday on an October offer. Have done it easily on line many times. Yesterday the screen froze up while asking for cc# for hold. Called and did it in 7 or 8 minutes. Old style but effective nonetheless.
The reservation lady said it was no problem much in the way you would reflect on a daily activity which may not bore you nor excite you but is tolerated. She didn't seem overly busy either. So yeah, what's new.

The Boyd website is always either down or under "maintenance and upgrade" mode. Happens so much it's become their new normal.

This is the same company that screwed the players out of their bonus points on YAH at Gold Coast a few weeks back, and they say don't worry, your points accumulate as always?

I rate them with the Indian casinos...if you cant trust them, don't go in. Come to think of it, that phrase could apply to other situations too, but that's another discussion

just checked -----both points and tier score still down------would agree with others that this is more than normal maintenance since we are now in the 3rd day------get ready to blast them if they come back with reductions on either after they made positive changes to the tier credit computation

Maybe they found out about the "extra" credits and points and they are trying to go through all the accounts to back out the extra credits and points. Sorry, I shouldn't have said anything, don't want to jinx my extra credits but like someone finding an extra amount of money in their savings account I guess sooner or later they will find the error and fix it.

After all of those changes, I ended up with 600k points when I should have had closer to around 200k, boy I sure hope they haven't caught that mistake, because I am counting on my remaining 190k to eat off of next month!

I think back in 2017 we played at Aliante and Boyd just recently acquired the resort. They couldn’t give us Bconned points but said it will come within 6 months. Not sure if it ever did.

Maybe now that all their acquisitions are complete they now can "update" and bring everything up to par.

Whether that is the case or they are just totally messed up doesn't bother me. I'll still stay there but will play other places as well. I was a well behaved spouse with Boyd but now I'm gonna be a cheating whore.

I was at AmeriStar in Kansas City recently and was also told that integration was "coming along" and that any points earned there would "eventually" appear on my account.

Unfortunately, the bad luck on the slots was fast and furious and I blew through a few hundred dollars with lightning efficiency, so there wasn't nearly enough coin-in to move the needle too much.

now the 4th day with no info on tier credits or points on their website-------must be going thru every account and not showing changes until all accounts are updated--------would think that the longer it takes would mean bad results for the good guys------
