bconnected website trouble?

Anyone else having trouble getting in? I get a message saying we are experiencing technical difficulties.

 

Same problem! I'll guess that the site is messed up at least once a month, though usually just for a few hours and nearly always when I'm ready to book rooms! How do they know?

UPDATE: Right after posting, the site began working again! Go figure! Still looking for my Nov. offers.

 

I logged in at 11:05am on a Chrome browser, Macbook Pro. It took longer than usual to load, however.

 

Yeah. Just checked and I couldn't connect either. Wouldn't be too concerned. From my experience, many of the casino sites are difficult to reach from mid-morning until early afternoon. I suspect it is when they do any kind of updates that require a human being and occasionally that may involve taking the site down for a while.

 

yes, it happens every so often, and I also agree, it's when they are doing updates.

 

I am having some issues with the mobile app. It will not display my offers but i can see my account.

 

Since this afternoon, my mobile app is now working. Also, my web page is responding too.
