Well when you visit a casino daily and stay every weekend like I do you tend to build relationships with every fricking host in the joint and General manager for that matter..My host knows what's going on and I'll leave it at that..

I'm glad..however I was in a casino daily also and knew all the C level staff as well as the owner...think any of them had a clue about their website? Nope...
if you have an "in" though, can you ask them why some boyds (downtown, in particular) still use an old tracking software suite (Bally), while others (GoldCoast, for one) uses a much newer package. (Konami, if I recall)

I just thought I would share this response I got from the Orleans to my inquiry about this:

"Regarding your inquiry ... It was taken off due to inaccuracies that we were seeing with customer accounts and their point earnings. It will be returned when that issue is resolved."

I don't mean card score total, I mean history. It allowed you to see when you earned the points in the previous 12 months, how many per trip and when they would expire.

The official words are: "The Monthly Card Score Charts will be unavailable while we are upgrading our systems. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause."

It's back, but not accurate. My entire April trip is missing. Maybe it'll update May 1? But, I used to be able to come home from a trip and see score history the next day.

    oo

oo Sorry for the lack of info, similar issue.
-we had missing player points disappear & then re-appear last trip.

On our Feb 2016 Trip, we learned from a higher level Player services the B-Connected system is going to be re-vamped & up graded.
This feature might be disabled, until the database is transitioned & all the new Casinos are on Line.
Boyd is suffering growing pains, as their old Player club system was not designed for this many properties, across so many states & jurisdictions.

On one Las Vegas property, the system read our Card info, could not add the points to our account, so it created a "brand new" alt account
for "default player". Think I might have discussed it a few months ago, in another older post.

    Good luck Joe!

Just went to my home page to view card score history. My card score listed at the top of the graph looks correct, BUT the bar graph is not correct. There is no bar labeled for April trip.
Did your graph get updated in May, Joe?

Nope. As of May 4th still missing 48,000+ points from the mid-April trip.
I did the B Connected "contact us" to complain, but if past experiences hold true, I'll hear nothing back.

I happen to be going back next week. I'll look again before I leave. Will mention it at PC when I pick up comps. Just to let them know a number of players are watching.

I'm staying at the Cal right now. Went to the gift shop to use some points. Checked balance before I left the room and had 43,000 in Slot Points. Cashier says I had $1.82 to spend in points. I argue, blah, blah... nope, that's what I have.

Go down to BConnected. Speak to three different staff members, including two supervisors. They say I have no Slot Points and no play showing for the previous six months. (I have played every month for past twelve). One particular supervisor (Holly) talks to me like I am a total dummy. That didn't help my mood.

Nothing they can do and I have to come back tomorrow morning to speak to a manager. Got them to write a report so I don't have to go over it again from the start with someone new.

Got back to the room and looked again on the BConnected website. My points are there!! Don't know what's going on but it's pissed me off.

Can you get a printout of your card score history to show them? Show this to the manager tomorrow.
Do you have a smartphone to log onto your site and show that?
What are you using in your room at the Cal to get on the BConnected site?
Have you tried to plead your case at MSS or Freemont?
Good luck and let us know how it turns out.

That IS weird...I'd say that the website is screwed up and you really DON'T have slot points...BUT if you absolutely KNOW you do, then I dunno what's up...
I DO know that Boyd's player rewards system is SEVERELY lacking, across the board..but it's a pretty penny to upgrade...
