I have a few questions for anyone who has eaten there recently. One, is it an all inclusive price or is it ala carte? Second, is the champagne actually champagne or sparkling wine? Third, if it is champagne is that a separate charge? I have called several times and spoken with Aria restaurant reservations and they cannot answer my questions and they don't seem to be able the transfer my call to someone who can. Thanks everyone.

It has always been a la carte when I've been.

When I went there was a "everlasting rosé" option for $20 or $25, I believe, but all the champagne was a la carte. (Is that what you're asking or did I misread the post?)

Thanks, that's exactly what I was asking.
