    Is Bally's better than Flemingo?

I prefer the extra space in the rooms at Ballys, you have access to Paris without going outside, and closer access to my favourite casinos, too.

Flamingo is just about a little more middle of the action, by a very short distance, and you're closer to Linq Promenade etc.

In the summer Flamingo pool is a lot more lively than Ballys/Paris.

Agree with above that there's a lot of extra space on Bally's regular room and Flamingo is a bit livelier. If it was strictly down to a regular room, I'd say Bally's for sure. I feel the casino floors have very different feels. Bally's is a bit old school and Flamingo is a bit louder and more spread out.

Better is subjective, but I prefer Ballys.

Bally's has better, bigger rooms. Flamingo's casino/atmosphere is more fun.

In a dead heat, Bally's would probably slightly win out because it has better access to other casinos/stores/etc. Though I think Flamingo typically has cheaper rates.

I prefer Ballys. To me, there is a difference between lively and crowded, and the Flamingo casino floor just feels too crowded, especially the table games area.

I much prefer Flamingo for the vibe, pool, its literally on the strip sidewalk while Bally's is far back from strip. Most not all room at both properties have been redone in recent years and Flamingo is always a bit cheaper and has a buffet.

I prefer Bally’s because I like to gamble at Paris, PH and Cromwell. The rooms are bigger at Bally’s and always eat at Wahlburgers at least 2 times a trip.

The amount of daylight between the two is oh so small. I've stayed at both. If I had to pick one over the other, I'd stay at Bally's, simply because it's connected to Paris and for some reason we like playing there a tad more than we do at the Flaming Oh. If there were some substantive difference in cost, that would be what would sway my decision, but IIRC, they're comparable.

Virtually identical agreement with deansrobinson. I like to play at Paris (that is normally #1 choice - however some offers have Paris excluded) and so I will normally pick Ballys if Paris is not available.

As far as Flamingo I do love a Go room with the jetted shower. SOOOOO nice on the back. If staying there I prefer a room with a garden view so it is quieter.

Kinda depends what room you get at the Flamingo. Their cheaper Fab and Go rooms are unimpressive, but those new Flamingo rooms are quite nice, especially if you spring for the larger Executive or Premium types.

I've stayed at both and I prefer Flamingo. Maybe it's the history, maybe it's the neon, maybe it's the vibe, but there's just something I like more thank Bally's.

And that's not to say that Bally's is bad. I did enjoy my stay there, but I do prefer the Flamingo. I'm back again this weekend!

I agree with those who say the Bally's rooms are nicer, but I like the vibe in the Flamingo casino and pool area much more. Plus, I've gotten kinda hooked on the Linq's restaurants and bars, so that makes the Flamingo's location another plus for me.

If you don’t mind the short walk then I would choose Bally’s every time. Both are older but Bally’s rooms are bigger and nicer. I like to go play at flamingo some and visit the promenade at linq but never want to stay at flamingo.

If you're staying in the cheapest room in each and aren't travelling in pool season or dont want a party pool, then Ballys is clearly superior.

Always liked the casino at Flamingo better.. was never really a fan of Bally's... and the pool at the Flamingo is much superior.

We used to stay at Flamingo and Harrahs when we were on the lower comp level. Then when we started playing higher levels and got all CET props comped we tried several. My host suggested Bally's for the room size and comp value about two years ago and it has been fantastic.

So before the exodus from Flamingo, we were still playing other props as we just couldn't hit at F. Checking back, I have never had a hand pay there. I know it's the play and denom is higher now so not a good comparison. I have tried a few times at higher denoms but haven't hit and didn't like the treatment there.

Bally rooms are bigger and nice. We love the location and ability to move around the strip. Both are great locations and have their own positives so look what is best for you.

I have stayed at both and prefer the Flamingo. While the rooms are bigger at Bally's they are also more dated as I feel that I've walked back into 1994. Besides, how much time do you spend in your room? I find the casino to be laid out better at the Flamingo and more lively. Unless going through Paris, you have a bit of a hike to the strip sidewalk. Being a Diamond member, I have found Bally's to be a bit of a zoo using their Diamond/Seven * services.
