Twin River Worldwide Holdings announced in April it had deal to buy Bally's AC from Caesars Entertainment and Vici Properties for $25 Million. Note that the Wild Wild West Casino remains with Caesars Entertainment.
Twin River bought the rights to the Bally's name from Caesars Entertainment and on November 9th, officially changed its name to Bally's Corp. and concluded the purchase of the AC property two days ago.

The new Bally's Corp also purchased Bet.Works to offer online sports betting and gaming.

It has been reported that Bally's AC will undergo $90 Million in renovations and the new owners will build a sports book.

Thanks to @ngrund for the heads up in another post.

I have received a CET monthly offer booklet from Bally’s AC for December with promotions listed through the month. I’ve heard nothing about when the player’s club will change over. The only noticeable action I witnessed was the removal of the sign in Wild Wild West by the restrooms that said “Bally’s” with an arrow that was replaced by black plastic 2-3 weeks ago.

My wife and I are low rollers and our Bally's offers have dried up since the summer. We still get some offers from Harrah's and Caesars though.

Wild west was the only reason why I liked Ballys lol. So I'm happy it's still part of CET

Will the Vegas property keep the name?

Would also love to know when CET rewards will stop applying to Bally's AC. I'm one of the few outliers who likes playing there I suppose, and it will suck not being able to walk between Caesars and Bally's to play. Especially since that Dunkin in Bally's takes 1:1 comps lol.

Agreed, I would like to know when the new owners roll out their rewards program.

I have heard that sometimes the line for Bally's DD gets insane, there is a Dunkin a couple blocks away at the corner of Atlantic and Indiana Aves., a 5 minute walk from Bally's valet area.

EDIT, thanks to a post from @oghuman, here is a link to the Seven Stars Insider where it looks like the transition will occur sometime in the first quarter of 2020.

With my comps at Ocean's being better than Caesar's AC properties, I may use this time to exit CET entirely. It would be bittersweet since that's where I started my gambling career, but I think it's time to move on.
