Generally it is pretty good, our favorite on the strip for CET properties. We usually can get free rooms at either Bally’s or Caesars and used to stay at Caesars but we keep coming back to Bally’s. Caesars has really taken a turn for the worse as far as customer service goes. No one is really happy there and it shows. It looked to me that before the pandemic hit there was a lot of employee turnover. Because of that no one could make a decision and a manager had to be called for everything.

Bally’s is a smaller casino without all the crowds passing through it from the nightclub or shopping.

Parking is easier to access at Bally’s, the rooms are always clean and the staff is friendly. When I go there I usually see the same familiar faces that recognize me, which may or may not be a good thing.

Bally’s seems to have the least bad consequences of the ElDorado merger. It is not Caesars Palace but that’s a good thing to me.

Thanks for the Bally's report! Overall the last few years it's been our main choice of CET properties.

We love the rooms at Caesars Palace, but being across the street from all the other CET properties, we tend to find that a mark against it, especially since I never seem to have any luck in their casino and I tend to get lazy and not head out to other properties as often.

Flamingo has been good for a change of pace, but seems to get old fast on a trip. We always request non-smoking suites even tho I smoke and never had any bad issues. I made the mistake last August of asking my host for a GO Mini Suite smoking, since I was solo. The room just reeked of smoke to the point of being overpowering! Really BAD!

We did Harrah's for a change of pace this month. Nothing wrong with the suite(kind of small tho)or the property, and I wish they'd put Fulton Street Markets in all the CET properties. But the service issues were just unbelievably BAD as I described in my report.

Bally's sounds like they have things pretty normal service-wise. Thanks to your report we feel good about going back there, since we have 3 more Seven Trips to take. Although we may do one at CP when my dad is visiting and we go.

Nice report! And 68 minimum? Maybe have to avoid Bally's in the future. 68 on CET thermostats is usually too warm for us because 68 is really more like 71-72 on those in our experience. We had our room at Flamingo last month at 65 or 66 I think.

Curious is that with the DE trips? Didn't know you could get more than two.

Jamming a length of TP in the AC vent as a streamer will also usually work to keep the motion sensor activated.

My gf an I each made Seven Stars separately last year. So with the COVID carryover of benefits, we each had 2 regular Seven Stars trips to use this year. 1 down, 3 to go. If we don't end up using all of them, the unused ones can be exchanged for $500 in Rewards Credits each. But that's a pretty bad value.
