Bachannal Lineups/Kiosk?

Does the Bachannal buffet still have kiosks to get a time to return to the line? I think I read somewhere that those no longer work. I don't want to pay for a line pass.

Is it back to just standing in line for X amount of time? I'd go around lunch, either at 11am (or a bit before) or later on like 2pm on a weekday. Anyone have experience with the lines here?
