CET will also match higher tier cards from Borgata, Golden Nugget, Trump, Tropicana, and Resorts (which shares a rewards program with Mohegan Sun). If you play MGM in Vegas, you can exchange for Borgata Black Label and then exchange that for CET Diamond.

So, you won't be able to do these things immediately after you get your card- or do you get a few comp dollars to start out with as well?

It seems like the perks for this if you weren't going to start playing at CET is avoiding resort fees and the $100 celebration dinner. Would they actually give me that if I only did a tier match and didn't actually play?

Does it work in reverse- will MLife give you a comparable level to Diamond?

I don't think so because there isn't an mLife property in AC, which is where the bulk of this card trading business happens.

Borgata now tier matches MGM, so you could match at Borgata and then match at CET. An extra step but it can be done.

Well, we plan to stay at Harrah's when we hopefully go to A/C in May; I understand Borgata is a mere hop, skip, and jump from same. Will definitely do this if we make the trip! (I understand Borgata is the nicest Casino/hotel in AC)

Has anyone done the tier match in LV from Mlife platinum to CET diamond? Didn't know that CET does that.

Yes it works for FC members. Got my new Diamond card in Vegas a few weeks ago and Borgata matched my diamond card to Black. There's nothing on the CET Diamond card that specifies you got Diamond status through FC.

I believe there is some confusion here between AC and LV policies. I've heard that you can match higher tier cards from AC casinos to CET Diamond in AC. No Las Vegas Diamond matching for CET that I've heard of other than the Founders Card.

Also, there is no direct path from mLife Gold or above to CET Diamond. You'd have to match mLife to Borgata in AC and then Borgata's premier card (black label) to CET Diamond. Again, just passing along what I've heard. I'll try the Borgata to CET Diamond in a couple weeks, unless someone can confirm that they've already done it recently.

Thanks for clarification. Vegas is probably big enough that nobody needs to match cards out there.
