I left out, when I went to the encore spa shop, I stopped in the high limit to play. Nothing exciting, walked away even, but for the first time ever, I saw more gamblers there than the Wynn high limit. My guess is it’s because of the lower minimums

After the shower, I headed back downstairs again. First stop, high limit! BJ went much better this time. Bet purple chips until I was back in the black for the trip! Not close to where I was last night, but up is up!

After that I went to Chanel to buy shoes for my partner. They are limiting the number of patrons in the store and assigning you someone to help you throughout your visit. That was perfect because Liz immediately knew which shoes my partner was looking for. $1500 later and I am the proud owner of some sparkly shoes. Now I just need to cram them into my suitcase lol

After shopping, I took a break under the watchful eye of Wynn cat:

Now I am at dinner at Mizumi. Got the outside table I requested

Sorry to hear that. Frankly, if I didn’t have access to a lot of the high roller stuff that results in fewer crowds and more distance, I wouldn’t be here either. So far I feel reasonably safe. Tomorrow is the bigger test of that

I could have sworn I saw the pics of your Impossible Burger... o_O

Ah, whoops, my bad... I had it confused with the photos of the Wynn garden, being plants and all :)

Just teasing... for the record I'm very much onside with these plant-based burgers, by the way. I was a participant in an early focus group for the Beyond Burger and was amazed at the similarity.

Awesome comeback by the way! I've definitely built up adrenaline going down by a few hundred and then making my way back up, cannot imagine doing it with $50k

Glad you managed to grab those shoes for your partner. Sorry for yet another unsolicited idea, but since cramming them in your suitcase might be a possible space issue, why not ask the store to ship them? I'm sure they'd do it even post-purchase. I say that for two reasons... the first being that they'll be sure to arrive home "as intended" (i.e., not possibly damaged from being jammed into luggage), and the second being that you'll likely be able to use some of your remaining shopping credit to pay the shipping cost, as from what I understand it's very common for purchases in tourist destinations to be shipped. I certainly recall it being offered at some stores. Plus, I suspect a Chanel shoebox would be a pretty spiffy thing to have to store stuff in :) (which I say assuming you'd have crammed the shoes, and not the box, into your luggage)

Hope your meal at Mizumi is awesome!

Thanks. I have already thought about having it shipped. May wait and see tomorrow how full my bag is. Depends on what else I end up buying with the remaining funds
