Hey! I heard there's a new pre-check-in procedure by email for Aria? Where you get an email and you can check in from there? Where do you get your card key then? Anyone have had experience with this? Thanks!
Never done it. You get whatever room I get if thats okay with you. Some like to do the $20 trick or check for upgrades. I think once the room is assigned it's assigned. MOBILE CHECK-IN How Mobile Check-In works: 24 hours prior to your arrival, you can check in on your phone We will email you the morning of your arrival if we have your address If not, just hit the Check-In Now Button Once you’ve opted in, enjoy the rest of ARIA As soon as you have an email with your room number, go to the Mobile Key Window to pick up your keys
There is a separate counter to get your keys if you do the email check-in. We didn't use that service but every time we walked past the lobby, there was never a line there to get keys. Could be a good thing to do if checking in during a busy time.
We did the mobile check in a few months ago, I highly recommend it. There was NO line, but still an employee to help. It is a separate area than the main check in, and they have little kiosks that you slide your credit card in. Very similar to checking in for a flight really!
We had a corner suite earlier in the year and I did the e-mail check-in thing. Everything seemed to work fine, we even got a room number in reply. When we got there I walked up to the desk to get the keys and they saw we had a corner suite and they laughed, voided our check-in and told us to go to the tower suite lounge to check-in. I was totally fine with that just thought it was funny that they clearly had been told to do that so why did the system even send me the e-mail.
I had a mix up with my reservation, probably my fault! The front desk help was great! Made extra efforts to straighten it out.
How early can i check in at Aria without having to pay the early check in fee. Is noon still too early ?
I checked in around 11 am on one of my more recent trips. It will all depend on how busy they are. If it's a weekday, you'll probably have better luck getting a room. I've never been hit with an early check in fee at Bellagio, MB, or Delano on multiple trips.
