    Hello,

I am budgeting my Aria $200 resort credit for my trip in March and am budgeting for 2. We'd like to blow it all on a really nice dinner.

Where could I spend the entire $200 resort credit without going much over? We'd love "finer dining" if possible. The steak house looks ridiculously expensive however...

Carbone! Intimate tables for two. Unique table captain. You could split the best Veal Park in Vegas and order multiple sides/apps dessert and maybe a cocktail and be right at 200.

    Amazing experience.

Julian Serrano is excellent too. Two of us used our $200 there and had too much food and a good bottle of wine.

I agree with Julian Serrano's... My wife and I spent around $200 (meal/dessert and nice bottle of red).

Jean Georges Restaurant; we had the fixed price menu (you may have to ask for it). Even with drinks, that would be within your budget. Delicious and good service too.

You can't go wrong with any of the suggestions above. We hit Carbone just about every time though. Have reservations for Saturday night.
