Taken from my trip report in October

Off to meet Justine, my host from myVegas at Arawan Thai Bistro for lunch.

We both had the lunch specials.

Justine had the drunken noodles with Creme Brulee, I had the Garlic Short Ribs and Banana dessert that wasn't on the menu.

I had eaten there before with Jin Caldwell (owner and chocolatier at Jinju Chocolates, but my camera wasn't working so I didn't get any pictures. I explained to the waitress why it was necessary for me to have pictures, that I considered all their dishes to be "works of art".

THANK YOU FOR THIS POST! I was reading about this restaurant because one of the fun things I want to during this upcoming trip is to enjoy a few different Thai restaurants to compare experiences. This was one of the ones on my list.

JijJu has the best chocolates (container park).......
Also we Love Arawan, my GF always gets the whole Sea Bass, they prepare the whole fish, including cheeks and eyes. It is a work of art.

We had the lunch special last May and enjoyed our meal though the first course of egg drop soup was not what I was expecting in a Thai restaurant.
