arrived smoothly from Richmond, Va on Wed. morning. currently the airport is only running 1 tram b/t terminals so u might run into a delay inside there.....checked into Enocre....amazing lobby...quick check in..room was ready when we arrived at 1230..stayed in tower suties...room was awesome!!..bedside remote controls of drapes, lights, privacy..etc....staff was very cordial throughout the whole facility...from there we went to Paris buffet for lunch...highlights were the crepe station and mini creme brulees...cheese and breads were also very good..not a bad deal for 17.99 lunch considering the crepe cafe theyre about 9 a piece. Wed evening we dined at B & B ristornate in Venetain...Awesome meal...grilled octopus, braised oxtail gnocchi, beef cheek/goose liver ravioli, duck and fennel dusted sweatbreads...fantastic..hung out at TAO in the lounge area for a few glasses of wine to finish the evening..
Thurs was spent mostly at Encore pool...very nice..has 2 areas..1 is the Euro bathing area....very nice...they say the wynn pool is larger but we never went over there...you do have access to both if you stay at either property...Thurs nite dinner was at Daniel Boloud in Wynn...great meal top to bottom...service was great...escargots and fois gras..steak frittes and veal.....amazing...the show that you can veiw from the lake makes it a dinner and show in one...prior to dinner we did stop at Stratta in Wynn for a cheese palte and wine because we has time to kill..very good...went to Blush in Wynn after dinner....they had free chamapgne for ladies that nite......nice longue/club...little less crazy than the other clubs in the hotel.....Fri included more pool time and dinner was at Jasmine in Bellagio....very nice room and veiw of the fountains...great meal.....went to Zumanity at NYNY afterwards....we thought it was a very entertaining show......we sat on the lower level row 102.....great seats we saw everything fine...from there we made our way back down the strip...weekend was crazy for the pacquio/hatton fight....Sat more pool time...dined at sinatra in Encore...very good!!! osso buco and a 9oz filet as entrees..both cooked to perfection!!!then took cab to THEhotel at mandalay bay and hung out at MIX for a while..enjoyed a bottle of wine and the view from that place is great!!!Sat nite following the fight was crazy too...people everywhere...had a great trip..if anyone would like any more detail decriptions of anything i listed please let me know..

Thanks for posting! Glad to hear Paris buffy was good. We did not eat there in March for the 1st thime in many years. There have been some negative posts lately. We may try it in August.

I was hesitant to go there as well becuase of the negative posts...I did think a lot of the "main dishes" couldve been better...but if your in the mood for sweets i think it is a good deal...i would have prefered going for breakfast but it just fell into our arrival day like that..

I went to the Paris breakfast buffet in Oct '06 and it was impressive. May try it again in June if I ever make it to the strip from The Orleans...downtown for sure though.
