Anyone receive their 2017 ACG yet?

Got mine in the mail today in Los Angeles. I ordered it from Steve Bourie's website early bird offer before Nov 1, at $11.95 each (3 books), and $6.50 media mail ($4.50 for one book, $1 for each additional book after that), they sent it on Nov 2 from Florida and I got it today.

Most people are waiting for Amazon, Overstock or Target to get it so save on that inflated ACG shipping fee.
