Wow good for you. I'd love to be as respected as you are there. How could I get that privilege. Can you give any suggestions as to how I do that? Thank you.
You and a hundred thousand others will be there for New Years Eve. Very cool place to be for NYE. Enjoy And, getting comped rooms make it even better.
Historically, Vegas has between 350,000 to 450,000 visitors for new years. It is the busiest holiday in Vegas, and second most crowded New Years celebration after New York Time Square. If you don't like crowds, long lines for restaurants, taxis, etc., higher table minimums, and higher prices for buffets, shows, etc, then I would avoid it. Having said that, I have gone to Vegas for New Years almost every year for the last 10 years. LOL. If
This will be my third time there for New Years and very much looking forward to it. I admit I do stay away from the strip after 5pm. Tend to watch fireworks from the Roof of the Wynn or even our hotel room thanks Deb
My wife and I will be there staying at Harrahs. Bringing in the new year at Chateau. Our first nye in Vegas. Cant wait!
We can't wait to go on NYE. Our youngest daughter's bday is on NYE, so it's been out for us. But when she turns 21, look out, this'll be my last 'bring my kid when they turn 21 to Vegas trip' Five more years for us. Have fun!
My girlfriend and I will be there. I just booked the room yesterday at Flamingo. This will be our first time celebrating NYE in Vegas. Everyone says it's a blast to be there on NYE. I personally can't wait
Yes staying at aria. Went last year and it wa great. Comped with tickets to the ballroom gala dinner. Never been to this dinner before. Anyone know if it is any good?

Staying at Encore and wanted to know how do you get access to the roof.
I might be there for two nights. If so, we'll be in the same hotel. Although I'll probably be on the 31st floor, not the 32nd.
My countdown used to say I had over 150 days to go. I booked several months ago. This will be my 3rd NYE!
I'll be staying at Pho for New Year's Eve. I'm going down solo since my friends can't afford to go. I had some airline credits that needed to be used to I thought I would go and see what it's like. Three quarters of my trips to Vegas are solo so I'm used to it. But it will be strange not sharing NYE with someone. I'm leaning towards either the NYNY Bridge Bash or the Paris Chateau party since I can watch the fireworks and still dance the night away. I wish they had a non-open bar price option since I can't drink. But it's NYE, and I'm in the city I love so it will be amazing!
Short Answer: Maybe-but probably not. Longer answer: Last year was my first not going for NYE in 5 years, due to my wife being 7 mos pregnant and her not wanting to deal with the crowds, drinking, etc. I gave her a present the day my son was born, and she promised me NYE in Vegas. The plan was for my mom to babysit, but she was recently in an accident that will likely make it an impossibility. The kid is messing up my flow. He's worth it though....marginally.....but still worth it. So unless my mom has a full recovery in the next 4 weeks its a no-go. Otherwise, Mirage, here I come.
I'm seeing some concerts over new years. A perfect circle, killers, red hit chili peppers, etc so we'll be at PHo for a coupe nights. After that we'll either go to Mandalay or Red Rock or both depending on how long we stay in town.
There will be plenty of people to share NYE with....just grab someone and plant a kiss on them. This happened to me 2 years ago....everyone is drunk they won't remember it....
We'll be there - staying at Four Seasons, dinner at Charlie Palmer, partying at the Foundation Room. Fun stuff!
