Yes, just saying if a bunch of families or a lot of people in general sign up for this promo it's going to to potentially push people in A list back. Will be interesting to see, hopefully it won't be huge numbers taking part.

I got the email this morning! Almost deleted it thinking it was just another sale promo. I registered and it now shows me as A list until June 30. I only have 1 trip before then. I may just have to schedule another Vegas trip. Hmmmm

My wife and I usually score A boarding. We're not large people. I'm about the definition of average dimensions for men, other than being somewhat slimmer (bummer, because when men's clothing or shoe sales get good my sizes are typically gone). She likes windows, I like aisles. Our A boarding generally results in the middle seat being earmarked for the late boarding gravitationally challenged. I recall a flight a couple of years ago where I literally couldn't see her no matter how hard I tried even though she was less than three feet away.

I saw the email last night & registered about 5:45, my flight is at 6:10 AM Sunday morning so just before the 36th hour limit. It showed A-list immediately on my home page.

My reservation was made back in February, but when I checked in this morning the A-List designation is on my boarding pass next to the Pre-TSA.
    I got A-30

Have a good trip & see you Sunday!

People that pay at the gate get A1-A15 - so, no conflict at all.

We have two WN cards that get us 4 of those A1-A15 upgrades per year and sometimes use those if our AList is not so great.

And yes, A List applies to point bookings. It even applies to Companion Pass passengers. My wife has A-list and her flights are free. Mine is paid with points and only $5.60 for hers and A list works fine.

We both got it and I registered both of us. I just am not sure we will be able to take advantage of it. Wasn't there also 25% more points earned on those flights?

Can someone post the link for this offer? I didn’t receive the email, but would like to attempt to sign up and see what happens.

@vegasmeister, if you log into your SW account it should be in promotions. The email was just a notification that you were eligible and when I logged into my account, that is where I found it.

I checked there already in my account and in my wife's account. My wife has two promotions there ("Wanna get away and earn 5X the points?" and "Earn a 20% Rapid Rewards points bonus"), but not this one.

I don't have any promotions in my account. Where's the LUV?

Thanks for this being mentioned. Found the promotion in my account, but don't remember getting the email.

I got it the same day I was flying out of Vegas. It was immediately applied but I had already checked in at A36. Flight home was only half full. It was my 4th flight in6 months. Will be nice to not get Early Bird in June

got the email a few days and signed up for it. I doubt I will use it though. Last time I flew SW was maybe 6 or so years ago so maybe it was a teaser to fly them again?

Just letting you know I had already booked a trip with points when my offer came through. I checked in today and my boarding pass said A-List and I got A25. I was on computer right at 24 hours so not sure if that was why and flight is chicago-Dallas. Don’t know how busy that flight is.

Are they dropping people into the Business slots?
Last two flights A1-15 were full, which is usually rare on the flights I've been on. Maybe people are just paying to upgrade?

I had registered when the email came, but did not have a trip planned before June 30. Turns out I will be traveling during this promotion now - going to AZ in June to (finally!) visit my son, dinlaw and grandson. We are all vacc'd up, so I feel confident about traveling now.
