Never been to one before, and looking at Groupon for one behind Hooters. Within walking distance for sure!

What to expect?

Good question!

I'd like to try one of those escape rooms too!

Hopefully there's no resort fees, though.
If there are, take your time getting out! :D

Did an Escape Room here in Billings for a friends Bday. It was fun for about 30 mins and then I needed a beer.

I do it every time but haven't won yet. The one I go to is called the casino.

All [lame] jokes aside, I've heard really good things about the other ones in different cities and I would expect it to be fairly comparable. Haven't done it personally but it's on my list of things to try...that is if I can ever escape that damn casino. Make sure you report back if you end up going

never been, seen a segment on local news on one in Cleveland. Maybe if someone else paid & talked me into it. LOL I TRY TO ESCAPE VEGAS WITH SOME OF MY MONEY.

Did one last trip with four of us using a groupon, had a blast! It was our first time doing one so we had nothing to compare it to but we all had a great time. After beating the first one the guy said he still had an open slot so we got a good deal on another one. Good way to spend two hours without breaking the bank.

I'm sure it can vary greatly between establishment so check the reviews on yelp and TripAdvisor. We're doing another one in April so it will be fun knowing what we are getting into and being able to compare it to the one we did.

Just did one last night out here in LA. Had such a great time! We want to do it in Vegas. @chefshaun, what was the name of the escape room that you went to?

Sorry for the delay.....we did Lockdown. The first one, not the newest one. Can't remember which one that was though sorry.

I was interested when I first saw offers for something different.
Then...........the only thing I could think of was that feeling of being in an enclosed MRI. Get me outa here!!!!

I did the basement (study) in LA and next week will do the basement in Vegas. Right now tickets are 25% off.

I recommend the basement escape room 1000000000%

Nittany they're not very small rooms, most actually span multiple rooms. Hollywood I'm sure we will try the basement next time. Just couldn't pass up the groupon.

Im doing one here in LA calles the basement in 2 weeks. If all goes well i might do one in vegas.
I'd love to hear how it goes h0llywood. I have no interest in trying it in Vegas, as that's where I decompress and let my brain go into idle-mode, but I've always thought it might be fun in my home city.

I'm also curious if they put you in groups of strangers if it's just two of you. If that's the case it gets a bit too big brother-ish for me...having to learn the dynamics of an unknown group of people (blech), but with people you like and know, it could be really fun!

Lol My husband is a big guy. His solution would be to bust his way out. No doubt in my mind he'd go right through the wall. ;)

Hey guys! wow i'm surprised most of you guys have not heard of/tried an escape room. It's a lot of fun!

We just opened one called Lost Games Escape Rooms, trying to bring the high quality to Las Vegas. We're all about the scary but immersive story lines and fun surprises/wow factors. Check us out! (:

Other companies around town that we were a fan of: Rush to Escape and The Basement (but there's a change you may be put with strangers). Those two companies have the best quality rooms (besides us of course ;)
