I have been working on a spreadsheet and noticed nothing on it for California, Binions, Fremont, or Gold Spike. Do they offer anything I am not aware of? I assume that most of the casinos dt have fun books but don't know for sure.

I didn't receive anything this year at Gold Spike but El Cortez gave me a Funbook in 2009 and 2010 that I believe had freeplay as well as a coupon for a $5.00 credit at either the coffee shop restaurant or the Flame. I don't remember what the other coupons were.

Our July-August offer from Binion's is 3 free nights at their sister property, 4 Queens, $75 food credit and $80 free play.

This is based on my husbands $1 VP and craps play at Binion's last February.

My offer for minimal $.25 VP play was 2 nights, $20 free play and 2 for 1 entree at Binion's cafe or deli.

You managed to get comped from playing at Binions?!? I've never received squat from playing there. Was once told by a PB there that I needed $25 average x6 hours for a comped burger in the coffee shop! After the way I was treated the last two times I've played there, I doubt I'll be back anyways.....

We won't be playing at one place that long as we have Vegas virgins with us and only one night downtown. I was wondering more about fun books and free play spins.

To my knowledge, none of the places you listed has free slot plays. However, Binions (and 4 queens) usually has some different promos going on. In January, they had one called AcePlay - on one hand of BJ, you used the coupon to turn your 1st card into an Ace.

I think Binions also has some sort of match play that you get on the coupon sheet after getting your free picture taken with the $1,000,000. There are some food coupons on this sheet as well.

    One more thought...

American Casino Guide has several good freeplay/matchplay coupons for downtown...$11.75/book & I always get 2.

I bought the acg and the LVA coupons and another acg for my wife. Hopefully I can use both as I have read someone. If not there is another person in our group without a coupon book so she could use some of my coupons.
