    Echoing others chiming in, but the best advice is to hire a local CPA. They'll be able to save you a good chunk of money (most of the time) and help you plan accordingly. I work in corporate tax consulting for F500 companies and the amount of people who are too stubborn to spend $1 to save $100 is nauseating.
