I am personally done gambling for this trip. Down $800! First time losing in Vegas especially the full bankroll.
Hoping to still enjoy this last day relaxing and hopefully watching the other 2 win some money!
Maybe Uncle Bourbon will give me a little bailout....

On the bright side Bardot Brasserie was great last night and we had a nice time afterward gambling. Although I did return all my winnings to the GG from the day before.
Got to see my dancing dealers

Got a lil bail out from Unc.
Made $50 last 8 hours downtown playing all sorts of stuff. 3 card, blackjack, and ultimate.
Unfortunately eventually lost it but it was fun trying to maintain it!
Crazy how I can make $50 last all day but lose hundreds in minutes lol
Let’s see what else we get into tonight

Just spend 8 hours gambling downtown on $50 each, making some great memories! Got my craps fix in on El Cortez for a few hours this morning! Gonna walk around, mom is fixing to play high card flush, Mrs. bourbon and I will supervise!

Mom is off to the Linq and we are getting ready to bed after a great trip! Unfortunately, luck did not come our way, but we have some great memories of this amazing trip. We gambled downtown today for approximately 12 hours, and had a blast doing it! No fun pics of mountains of chips this trip, because we didn’t get any! Better luck next time. My mom managed to catch a break with a straight flush in 3 card poker, and a $100 slot hit to end the night!

    Some quick stats:

    Games played:
    3 card poker: -$550
    crazy 4 poker: -$45
    craps: -$150
    blackjack: -$255
    UTH: -$275
    video poker: -$10
    high card flush: -$80
    Mississippi stud: +150
    Texas hold ‘em bonus: +5
    baccarat: +$55
    Pai gow poker: +$30
    Pai gow tiles: -$20
    Buffalo slots: -$10

    Hours gambled: approximately 35

Estimated loss per hour: $35ish, cheap entertainment when you look at it this way

Most profitable game: Mississippi stud, +$150

Least profitable game: 3 card poker -550 (I rarely play even the pair plus, had some bad luck overall here!)

Next time I may track the hours on each game to get a fun stat for each particular game

We are just going to relax and enjoy the views and room! Good night Las Vegas

I don’t have any statistics but I lost $900 overall this trip.

    Played;

    3 card poker (most played)
    Ultimate Texas hold ‘em
    Blackjack
    Buffalo slots (new)
    Quick hits slots
    Roulette
    Fake roulette
    Bubble craps (new)
    Crazy 4 poker (new)
    Video poker

Had some luck mid-trip and was up $250 overall. Bad decisions (lol) and bad luck later I am down $900 overall. Have to say it sucks losing so much especially when I’m pretty lucky. But puts things in perspective and honestly makes me think about money in/out of gambling over time. Also makes me realize how much luck was factored into my previous wins/profitable trips.

Hope we have a nice trip home. Flying southwest which I hate. But I’m excited to get home to the pets and to start planning the next trip.

To Las Vegas I have to say, for the last time this trip...

    Good night you sly temptress!

Sorry 'bout those losses...we all hope for a positive trip (i have had only 3 in 25 trips!! ugh, and I still come back!), but if you go with the main goal of having a good time, you still come on top a winner as far as I am concerned...a good friend snapped me out of a losing funk once by telling me "you are not defined by these losses"... I thought about it and he was totally right, and it has changed the way I play and loose ever since.

On that note, I really enjoyed tripping with you guys...it was a truly fun live report...happy anniversary!

Agree 100%! Great attitude, I never regret losing as it is money I planed for entertainment, I never have any preconceived notions of getting rich (although, that would be nice...) I feel like a big winner every day just being in Vegas, except perhaps today packing and heading to the airport :(

A great report! Even if the gambling was mostly in the dumper. Thanks for taking us along!

At the airport now :( we had such an amazing trip! Mom is already on her way home. Thank you all for following along while we made some great memories this trip. We will certainly be back, thinking maybe next spring, maybe with some free rooms from the Wynn app potentially...

Going to leave a few photos here as a summary of our trip:

Were those Sugarfina bourbon bears at Aria or did you have to go to the Sugarfina store? I love Sugarfina treats!

What a great report. Thanks so much for sharing. Love the honesty-not everyone gets the big wins, and most of us lose. But we know that going in and have a great time doing it!!

    Next trip-Can't wait!

Back home safe and sound with both the pets, now on my way to work :(

These were delivered at the Aria, I think because of our anniversary special occasion!
