Isn't it great to be done with school? I worked my A$$ off last week for finals, my last being on Thursday- that night I slept for more than 14 hours got up Friday, got drunk, woke up Sat. and got drunk, woke up Sunday- and got drunk again. Just preparing myself for my trip in a few weeks! Have fun! And be sure to post a trip report!

It was worth it in mine case- I did well on all my exams and I did so well on my Math final- it took me from getting a low D to a high C. So I couldn't be happier right now. Well, maybe I could be happier- if I was leaving for Vegas in 20 hours!

AHHH!!! I love the feeling of finals being over!!! Problem is, in law school, they get 30 days from the last date of the final period (Dec 18 this time) to grade them, then they go in as the registrar gets around to it so no grades until probably beginning of Feb. and since you only take 1 test and that is your grade for the class, it makes life nerve-wracking to say the least.

Congrats on the math grade Typh! Way to go!

Absolute-drink a few for me buddy! I'm not too far behind ya!

God, I'm 12 years out from my last class, ten years out from my specialty boards, and the thought of exams still sends the short hairs on the back of my neck on end (known in medicine as piloerection).

Way to go guys [IMG] [IMG]

My son just graduated from college and I think I feel as good as you all do. More money for Thekillers Vegas piggy bank.

Absolutdrunker, I can't think of a better place to celebrate. Sounds like a good game plan [IMG] Good luck and come back alive.

Typh you need to come up for some air sometime.

Jack I love it when you talk that dirty doctor talk. ;)

I went to college for 14 semesters and 3 summer sessions. College including exam weeks is a piece of cake compared to life in the real world. The really funny thing is that you may have more discretionary spending money in college than you will when you start work and start paying back those school loans and have all those living expenses without scholarships and maybe help from family. Enjoy college and enjoy Vegas. Both are the best!

    Absolut,

My wife and I really enjoyed thse Frog slot machines at the Bellagio. They were nickle machines with reels and a video screen on the top portion of the machine. I can't remember where in the Bellagio they were, but they sure are worth finding. You get to play bonus rounds where you touch a lilly pad, the frog jumps from lilly pad to lilly pad uncovering bonus points until you bust. It may sound stupid, but it was really fun.

Bellagio is the only casino we found these machines at. Bellagio also had the best drinks and drink service. If you want to get liquered up, this is the place to do it. They have the largest and best free drinks, use quality liquor, and they aren't cheap on the alcohol. All of which contributed to my losing $200 in about 20 minutes! lol We're both 24 and not really into the clubs and the whole Hard Rock scene. Becuase of the great free drinks at Bellagio, we gambled there the most.
