Yeah, I think the LVMB Resort & Casino would be quite the spectacle. It'd definitely put everything else currently out there to shame.
No resort fees! Everything's a la carte! Sit down to a 3:2 table in our world famous blackjack nostalgia museum, each table tastefully decorated with felt and seats from
the great casinos of yesteryear...Westward Ho, Stardust, Riviera, The Pink Flamingo, Bills and many, many more. No parking fees, unless you're driving
some beater piece of ****, and then we prominently display your very own vehicle, having removed the tires, sitting atop four cinder blocks in front of the casino! :headbang:

NOTE: admission is limited by entrance exam. So, if you score too low - which means you probably would not be found on the exclusive LVMB to begin with - you will be removed in true 'doctor on an airline' fashion from the property and relegated to something akin to a CET property. You have been both invited and warned.

Ok...Here's a little story for you. My father had a business associate who knew Bugsy Siegel very well. At one point this guy had some markers at Flamingo that he paid off with a check that bounced. The guy borrowed cash from relatives and immediately went to see Bugsy. He explained the situation and offered up the cash to reclaim his check.

Bugsy told the guy..."Hey...Mr. X...You still got that really nice speedboat you park here sometimes?"
    Mr. X. "Yes".
Bugsy "Well you give me the cash and park your boat here for 3 months and we'll call it even"
The speedboat was this guy's prized possession and Bugsy knew it. In March of 1947 that that boat was in front of the Flamingo..In June Bugsy was dead.

Looks like I'd better polish up the old Chevy Prizm, dean! :D

How much should I tip the "removers?" :ssst: Hopefully that's not one of the questions on the exam...:faint:

To help get the LVMB Resort & Casino started...
I hereby volunteer my comedic services in the showroom for the first year, as long as I'm the headliner. And as long as Criss Angel isn't my opening act.
I do humbly request one box of Sour Patch Kids and a bottle of Jack for each performance. Thank you!

Wonder if Wynn would have any interest in the land at this point? If not him, then perhaps Eric Trump, who might build a solid, but not spectacular, higher-end property on the site.
