    My Trip Report

Yes, i am here! It is 106 degrees.
Staying 3 nights at The Cal.
Oh my...13th floor! No housekeeping, so i got 2 beds.

    Notes:
SWA flight was delayed 25 min or so due to some maintenance issue, but we arrived only 5min late.

Car rental all a mess, cause not all actually open yet. But, they take reservations. I had to stop at dollar/thrifty and then go up to HERTZ area to pick up a car. But hey, i got a Kia Sorento for $97 all in.

Always a pit stop at Total Wine for my Baileys. What used to be $15.99 is now $22-25.

    Raiders Stadium looks freaking awesome!!!!!

Really not a lot of traffic on I-15 @ 8pm Sat night.

No valet at The Cal yet. 1st time self parking.

Everyone wearing masks, but i did not see really any machines turned off. Just a passing look.

Will check things out, and then its dinner at the Cafe for Oxrltail Soup @ 11pm.

Love Total Wine. I would have more gambling budget if I didn't go their too often lol you are missing Kahlua with your Baileys ;)

Good luck! Will be there soon. Wishing you lots of luck.

Do they still have to validate your parking ticket at the Cal or is it completely free now?

Two weeks ago, I had a reservation with Hertz and was told when I arrived at 9:30 PM that it would be a 4 to 5 hour wait. No thanks! We canceled and called Lyft.

Congrats on the great start and enjoy the rest of your trip.

At The Cal, machines near the escalator, dbl dbl bonus VP. Hit the aces earlier, so decided to stay @ $1 denom. Held one card, just like the earlier 2k "royal".

Congrats! I still dont have one even on a penny 100-play, but I dont play quiiiiiite as much VP as some folks around here. Awesome on a 1 card hold too.

If they're opener, I'll probably go.
If they're open at all, and I go to Luxor, good chance I go here too
