I couldn't go to Vegas on my actual birthday because .... I let someone book a work event on that date! Of course, I already had this trip booked so I knew I'd be celebrating my birthday in a fun way. Very little actually planned except a MasterClass at Wynn, to learn how to cook steak at home. Must see the Fall display at Bellagio, since my next schedule trip isn't until December and it'll be Christmas by then. I have several books ready for some pool bookin', planning to try a Paper Plane and maybe some others....haven't yet been to Crystal bar at RW, but might wander over and give it a try. As for gambling, mostly it'll be VP with a few slots thrown in. Might try some Pai Gow if I can catch a table with a minimum that works for me. We'll see. I just hope to lose less than I did last time I was at WynnCore, because that was BRUTAL. Totally up for seeing VMB'ers.

@julia I thought Caffè AL Teatro switched to ice cream. But their webpage indicates it's ice cream inside, but gelato at the express window I'm bummed I never got to try the frozen custard at Espresso.
They do have some gelato but it's not very good. I had breakfast every morning at Espresso last month at Encore...their yogurt bowl was AMAZING, really good greek yogurt and super fresh fruit. I'm planning to trek back for it this trip, instead of Tower Suites Bar.
A couple more hours at home, tidying up, doing some laundry & dishes before I head out to the airport. Since I'll get in late, dinner will probably be bartop somewhere....maybe Allegro, we'll see what's open and available tonight.

I've always wanted to try their eggplant parm appetizer. Pizza is good, but you must order a whole pie. They made me a smash burger during a Thurs night football game once... said it's their late night menu. I'm not sure that they really have a late night menu, or if it's just Wynn excellent customer service. Safe travels.
@ReTriggerMe , I do like eggplant! If I try it I’ll give a review!’ SeaTac airport’s app is still not working for security waits. Very annoying, since I’m willing to walk to whichever precheck line is shortest. Not willing to gamble on it though.
