    Hi,

I was planning to go to Vegas this September but postponed the trip to May next year due to covid-19.

My comp calender in the Caesarss app was looking great a couple of weeks ago with all dates comped at all properties including Augustus tower rooms at Caesars and suites at Bally’s.

Today when I logged in, everything was just gone, can’t even get a comp night at Harrah’s :/. I held off booking as I was waiting for PH to release their rooms for next year which I obviously regret now.

Did anyone experience the same thing? Perhaps something happened end-of July? Or something related to the merger?

    Thanks in advance,
    Eric

You might try via the Caesars the website if you haven't, clear your cache.
As a last resort you might try adding a companion CR # if you have someone coming with you.
There's another thread regarding some oddness happening for some on comp room availability at Caesar Palace.
Do you at least see heavily discounted rates or rack rates?

Short version: new Caesars is changing cutting back on the casino marketing budget -- especially in the Vegas market.

I checked and all of my room offers are still there, in multiple markets. And I've been low playing them, so it may just be the periodic CET glitch where everything is gone - this happened to me twice this year - however, it will likely be back.

Just checked for a Mon thru Friday stay in Vegas, all comp at all of the available CET hotels. We've been to a CET casino exactly two days this year, so it's not like they are basing it on our play. I did add both my wife and I to the reservation if that helps.

    Hi all,

thanks for your answers. I am using Iphone and tried both the web and the app and I just click make reservation as I usually do.

As I live in Sweden it’s been over a year since I visited Vegas so it may just be that my comp expired but from previous experience my comp offers have never expired even if my credits/tier status have.

And I see promo rates fir most dates. Not very good ones though.
