ADRENALINE Sports Bar on Rancho/Cheyenne. Been there? How's the area??

Just wondering if anyone has been to Adrenaline Sports Bar? I believe this place used to be known as the Cheyenne Saloon. It's by the North Las Vegas Airport on Rancho Drive & Cheyenne. It looks to be quite a ways north of any of the "tourist/traveler" Las Vegas. Does anyone know what the area is like late at night in terms of safety? Or any other info about the venue and area?

I'll be going there for a concert at the end if January. .

No mention about the area but some reviewers live nearby.

It's a dive, my friend's band has played there. It's definitely well off the beaten path. Not easily accessible to much of anything, but it's not dangerous... at least, I've felt safe. Sound isn't great, smaller place with pitchers and shot specials. They had a restaurant specializing in wings, not sure if that's still the case.
