and my other friends sister, Marti, who passed from liver failure that she had been struggling with for years.

I had called them prior to my trip on 7/12. And was told, yes, check in with the players club before starting. Went there and redeemed. I played the upfront $75 portion of it. Got a measly $16. I was so pissed that I left right after that. Never got around to coming back to grind the 2500 slot points during my trip.

Guess what? I got the same offer again, minus the $75 Identity Play. LOL. "Within 48 hours of offer redemption" doesn't seem to apply. It's more like, "We forgive you for hitting & running the free play. We REALLY want you back to grind those slot points."
