Are you still striping your drives? hard to play well when it is cold and windy out, but good to hear that a fun time was had overall

Driver has been inconsistent round-to-round lately. Having trouble hitting the ball high. Lots of low darts instead of nice soaring drives. I hit one great power fade on a dogleg right at Boulder Creek that went 370 with the wind!

Enjoyed the report. I appreciate all of the golf course photos, but sounds like you had some tough playing conditions. I may have to try Boulder Creek on my next trip. I played Bear's Best a few year's back and while it was in great condition I didn't particularly enjoy the course.

Your trip sounded like the perfect solo trip with golf, gambling and concerts.

Nice trip report! I've thought about bringing my clubs a few times, but, never did because I am usually solo. After your report and seeing the pictures, I'm really thinking about bringing them with me in April and getting a round in!

Sorry about your gambling results. Thanks for the golf course pics. It's not easy determining the course condition just based on the pics. Your description helped a lot. I know what you mean about wind conditions in Vegas. Can be brutal, for sure.

Great trip report! Boulder Creek is a gem. So is Cascata, but it's a lot harder to get on.

Great trip report and pictures. I always enjoy all of your reports, which are usually with the wife and your daughter. This solo trip was great as well!!

Man, isn't that the truth. There is nothing better than waking up and knowing that you are in Vegas and so many possibilities are in store!!:woot:

Yeah, gotta love Cascata. For as distinctive as the whole experience is, I find the layout somewhat hard to remember (memorability goes a long way in my book when judging courses).
